Uploading is open to anyone from a link in the top bar, and no statement anywhere on the page conditions a submission on the agreement of the person in it, nor is any route offered to the people the material is of beyond a DMCA link.
The channel index undercuts the premise anyway. Several of the entries are commercial studio brands carrying four or five videos each, listed with a zero rating and a placeholder where the artwork should be, so professional material is being mixed into a shelf sold as homemade.
Beyond that it is an ordinary structure: videos, photos, categories, girls, playlists and a community, with taboo and cartoon sections and two other addresses in the menu.
The footer runs to a DMCA route, support, terms, an RSS feed and a sitemap.
