Most adult fiction archives are libraries. This one is closer to a shared document that never stops being edited.

CHYOA stories branch. A chapter ends with choices, each choice leads to another chapter, and the chapters are not necessarily written by the person who started the story — the Write link sits at the top level, not buried in an author dashboard, because contributing to a stranger's tree is the intended behaviour rather than an unusual one. A story you return to in a month may have grown limbs that did not exist when you left it.

That structure produces a specific reading experience. Quality varies inside a single story rather than between stories, because a well-built opening can pick up branches from a dozen writers of wildly different ability. The trade is that the good branches go somewhere no single author would have taken them.

Around the fiction there is a forum, a guide for new writers, a rotating story of the week and a random-story button, which is the most honest way to use the place. Reading is free.

Go in expecting a writing community that happens to publish, not a curated archive. The branching is the point; if you want a finished, single-authored story, the format will frustrate you.
