All of it — the cookie match, the regular expression, the element lookup, the image-source rewrite — rendered as a section title in the document where a few words should be. Whatever was supposed to run it did not, and the source went to the page instead.
What it was trying to do is legible from the code: read the visitor's country from a cookie and swap a flag image into a heading that would then read Trending Porn Videos in wherever-you-are. A geo-targeted shelf, defeated by its own plumbing.
Underneath, everything works normally. The category rail sits further towards the mild end than most — Red Head, Babe, Pussy Licking, Fingering, Lesbian, Rough Sex, MILF, Big Tits — and every item in the visible grid carries an HD badge, credited to a mixture of studio performers and handles: Blake Blossom, Abella Danger, Alex Adams, CarryLight.
