Não Conto publishes amateur Brazilian photographs and intimate video under a banner phrase meaning, roughly, what fell onto the net — the local term for private material that ended up public. Submissions come in through a send-photos form. Alongside it sit a report link, a DMCA route, and a dedicated content-removal page.

No site builds that machinery unless it is needed. A submission form that accepts intimate photographs from anonymous senders will receive photographs of people who did not send them, and the removal page exists because those people arrive asking. Having the route visible at the top level rather than buried is better than the alternative, and it does not undo the arrangement that makes it necessary — removal is always after publication, and by then the material has been seen, saved and reposted.

The structural problem is the ordering. Anyone can put a photograph of another person here in seconds; the person in it has to find out it exists, find the form, and ask.
