Read the tag list attached to the episodes and it is doctors, nurses, gloves, wards and treatment rooms — the demon is the excuse and the medical setting is what actually gets built and shot. That is a sensible production decision, since a clinical room is cheap and legible where a supernatural one is neither, but it does mean the horror is entirely in the copy.

One motif recurs from elsewhere in the same group and is used differently here. Surveillance appears as tags for security cameras and for being caught on film — but inside this brand it is part of the fiction rather than a claim about how the footage was obtained. The hidden camera is a prop in the story, which is the more comfortable version of a device this operation uses in both directions.
