“Dominant female owned and operated” is the claim the tour leads with, and for a femdom paysite it is a deliberate one — the genre's usual criticism is that it is made by men for men, and stating female ownership is the answer to that, whether or not a visitor can verify it.

Femdom Empire sells hardcore femdom video — pegging, chastity training, foot domination — updated weekly, fronted by a roster of named dommes and a scenes index. It publishes a 2257 statement, an about page and a content-removal route.

The ownership claim is exactly that: a claim. A front page can assert who runs the operation but cannot prove it, so read it as positioning rather than fact — though at least it is positioning the site has chosen to be judged on.

The template underneath is old, still carrying a prompt for Google Chrome Frame, a plugin retired in 2014, which dates the shell even as the updates continue. Weekly currency is the checkable part; confirm the newest scene date against that promise before joining.
