Browsing needs no account — the site makes a point of that, and it's the main practical difference from most forums of this kind, where registration gates everything. Registering is required to post.

It runs sister boards for adjacent genres, split across separate branded sites for fetish, hentai and gay material rather than as sub-forums.

Navigation is by board and by thread, with performer and genre indexes layered on. It's serviceable if you already understand forum conventions and frustrating if you don't.

Two things follow from the structure. Everything depends on external file hosts, so links rot as those hosts remove material or expire — an old thread is often a list of dead links. And what members post is largely commercial studio releases, shared between users rather than licensed from anyone.

Third-party download hosts are also a well-known route to unwanted files, and nobody here is vetting them.
