TeenSnow is built entirely from ranked lists of free video, with no tags, no search and no accounts. Two other sites here covering unrelated subjects use the identical arrangement, which marks it as a period convention rather than a considered choice.

The monthly list is the only thing on the page that carries a date, and it is therefore the only way to establish whether the site is still being maintained. That is more than an algorithmic feed will tell you, and it is the single most useful property of this obsolete format.

The front page also asks visitors to bookmark the address, which is what sites did before search engines were reliable.

What you cannot do here is look for anything specific.

Free, aggregated, with links out to similar sites and nothing crediting any producer.

Check the date on the monthly list first. Everything else follows from whether it is recent.
