The footer is the surprise. Beside the privacy policy and the compliance statement sit an end-user licence agreement and an unsolicited ideas policy, the second being the document a company publishes when strangers keep sending pitches it does not want to be sued over. That is film-studio and toy-company legal furniture, and finding it on the page of a two-title adult game developer says something about how the operation sees itself.

The rest is a developer's shopfront rather than a game page. Two products are named, both described as 3D games for the PC, and the whole thing runs to about a hundred and fifteen words across two marketing headings. Each title links out to a site of its own, so this address is a company front door and the games live elsewhere. An affiliate programme is offered.
