XModeAI runs on xmodeai.org and on five sibling domains whose only difference is a demographic label — Arab, Asian, Black, Indian, Latin — spliced into the title. Beyond that word, the pages are the same: the same lone heading, the same menu of Generate, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Affiliate and API. This is a single platform wearing six coats so that six sets of search results lead to the same place.

The product itself is text-to-image and text-to-video generation with a recent-creations feed and an API for people building on top of it, which is an unremarkable offering in a crowded category.

What is not unremarkable is the advertisement sitting in the navigation of every one of the six: an undressing tool, promoted alongside the site's own functions. Tools of that kind operate on uploaded photographs of real people, and the overwhelming majority of the people in those photographs have no idea an image of them has been fed into one. Whoever the advertiser is, this platform has chosen to put it in the menu.
