An alphabetical category index is the one structural idea here, and for a GIF site it is a reasonable one.

Loops are hard to browse. They have no titles worth searching, no duration to sort by and no performers reliably credited, so the only workable axis is category — and an A-to-Z list at least lets you see the whole territory rather than whatever a ranking surfaced today.

GifPornTube pairs that with a recent feed and a popular-searches block, which is a second honest signal: it shows what people actually look for rather than what the site chose to promote.

The promotional layer is where it falls down. Multiple directories, games, cam services and paid-site listings occupy the navigation ahead of the site's own sections, and separating one from the other takes effort on every page.
