A site whose description is a list of nude-photo sources maintaining a shelf for pictures that are not is a small thing and an oddly precise one — it means somebody decided the clothed material was worth keeping and worth labelling rather than discarding.
The other three categories are ASIAN, WHITE and BLACK, and the tag counts published lower down make the shape of the archive plain: White 1,224, Asian 184, Black 85, against Busty 1,303, Model 1,235, Brunette 1,100, Thick 587, Blonde 349, Petite 381.
