The honest answer to the question in the title is that nobody can give you a ranking worth having, and the reasons are more interesting than a list would be.
Start with what happened to the evidence. In December 2020 the largest tube site suspended every video that had not been uploaded by a content partner or a member of its model programme. That is a meaningful signal about consent and provenance, and it is the one piece of platform metadata that means the same thing every time you see it.
Work backwards from the paid page. A performer with a subscription page, a shop or a direct billing relationship is running a business, which means an ongoing catalogue, a support channel and something to lose from misconduct. Free tube uploads are usually marketing for that page. Finding the page and reading what it actually offers tells you more in two minutes than a ranking does.
Read the production, not the tags. The distinction that matters to most people looking for this category is whether the people involved chose the scene themselves. Consistent cast, self-published, own domain or own storefront — those point one way. Rotating cast, studio branding under an amateur tag, and uploads appearing simultaneously across several networks point the other. Neither is worse; they are different products, and only one of them is what the word promises.
Treat any list of names as a snapshot with a short shelf life. Careers in this part of the industry are short, platform-dependent and frequently ended by a policy change rather than a decision.
