That is worth knowing before anything else, because the article you may have arrived here looking for was written about a brand that no longer answers its own door.
It is also, in its way, the most honest introduction to this category. Companion generators change names, merge, get acquired and relaunch on a timescale measured in months. The interface stays recognisable. The billing entity does not.
