Nothing in this genre is labelled by the people who make it. That single fact explains most of what is frustrating about looking for it.
BBW started as community shorthand, was adopted by the industry as a marketing tag, and now functions mainly as a search keyword typed by whoever uploaded a file. It is not a description of a body, a production category, or anything a performer necessarily uses about herself. It is a word people type into a box, which makes it excellent at generating traffic and poor at retrieving what you were looking for.
What the tag actually returns
Uploaders tag for reach, not accuracy. A tag that gets searched heavily gets applied liberally, so the same word ends up covering bodies that have nothing in common with each other, plus a substantial volume of clips where it does not apply at all and was added on spec.

Studio output in the plus-size category has always been a small and intermittently-funded corner, and the gap was filled by performers producing and selling their own work. That has consequences you can use. Independent producers shoot to their own taste rather than to a studio's idea of what the tag means. They perform under a consistent name across their own site, their clip store and their subscription page, which is a real index of one person's work — the thing tag browsing cannot give you. And they are reachable, so the catalogue you are looking at is current rather than an archive of whatever a tube absorbed years ago.
The practical method that follows is dull and works: find one performer whose work you actually like, follow the name rather than the tag, and use her collaborators as the next step. Performer names are stable metadata. Tags are not.
The thing worth being careful about
Fetishised categories attract framing that the performers did not choose. Tube titles in this niche are written by uploaders and are frequently contemptuous about the bodies they are selling — the word choice does the fetishising and the insulting in the same breath, and it is not the performer's word choice.
There is also a specific sub-genre built around feeding, gaining and immobility. It exists, it is distinct from this category rather than an extreme of it, and people looking for one are usually not looking for the other. Worth knowing so you can steer around it or towards it deliberately.
