Look at how anything in this category is titled and you will notice the number arrives before anything else does. Sixty-six. Fifty. Very old. The age is the headline, ahead of who is in it, what happens, or who made it.
That is unusual. Most adult categories are labelled by act or setting. This one is labelled by a claim about a person's date of birth — and a date of birth is exactly the sort of thing nobody watching can check.
What the number is doing
It is a search term. It exists because people type ages and age words into a box, and whoever writes the title wants the traffic from that box.
Which means the number is chosen the way any keyword is chosen: to match demand. Titles round up, round down, and sometimes simply guess, because the person typing them frequently has no relationship to the footage beyond having downloaded it from somewhere else. The same clip can appear on one site described as fifty and on another as seventy, and neither figure was ever attached to anything.
Beyond the number, the labels are elastic in a way that is worth understanding. "Mature" covers an enormous span and has drifted younger for years, since the term sells and the sites applying it have every reason to apply it widely. The stronger words are applied even more loosely. None of it is a taxonomy; it is a set of words that convert.
Why this category in particular gets mislabelled
Two things push it harder than most.
The first is that appearance is being used as evidence. A viewer cannot verify an age, so they judge by looks, and the labelling adapts to what looks plausible rather than to any record. That is a feedback loop with nothing anchoring it.
The second is that this is one of the categories where the material is genuinely more likely to be self-produced or amateur rather than studio-made. That is part of the appeal for the audience, and it is also where the provenance problem lives: a studio release has a company behind it that documented who it filmed, whereas an anonymous upload has an account name and nothing else. When you cannot tell which one you are looking at, the age label is the smallest of the things you cannot tell.
The question worth asking instead
Not "how old is she" — that one has no answer available to you. Ask who published this.
A release from a production company or a verified channel comes with a chain that leads back to someone accountable: a company name, a catalogue, a release date, a cast credit, and a platform that required paperwork before the account could post. That chain is the reason to prefer it, and it is worth more than any tag on the video.
An upload from an unidentified account carries none of that, and the tags on it were written by whoever uploaded it. Treat those tags as a description of what the uploader wanted found, not a description of what the video contains or who is in it.

Their descriptions repeated the ages, nationalities and physical detail in those titles as though they were established. They were not, they were keywords, and repeating them would have been passing on somebody's search-engine copy about real people as biography.
