Those ten sources are the navigation — the entire menu is a list of other people's collections, each offered as somewhere to browse. Nothing here is a library; the product is the reading experience laid over libraries that already exist.
What that experience adds is motion. Infinite scrolling, swipe navigation, search and saved favourites, which is a phone-shaped way of moving through archives that were built for a mouse and a desktop.
Its own domain appears in that same list of sources, one line down from the rest. Whether that means it holds a collection of its own or simply loops back through the wrapper is not explained.
The page runs to about fifty words in total. There is no age gate, no terms, no policy link and no statement of what arrangement, if any, exists with any of the ten sites it reads. That is why this is scoped as partial: the interface is fully described and everything behind it is not.
