The split that most sites handle with a tag is structural here. /d/ is drawn, /r/ is real, and they are different boards with different threads and different posting cultures. Before anything else, a visitor chooses between illustration and photography.

The rest of the board list is four items long — random, furry, chat and stories, and a feedback board — which makes this an entire site built around one interest and divided six ways. There is no front page beyond a board index, a strip of latest images and a strip of latest posts.

What is being posted on the drawn side is largely other companies' characters. The visible threads are a Splatoon thread, Naruto girls, Dragon Ball girls and a My Little Pony thread, with one more titled No Subject. Fan work about licensed casts is the bulk of the activity, filed by franchise the way a fan forum would file it.

The software it runs on is named at the bottom of the page, version number included, which is the only piece of self-description offered anywhere. No rules page, no moderation statement and no age notice appear on the front, and the feedback board is the only visible route for raising anything at all.
