A search box over other people's catalogues — that's the entire product. PornMD queries multiple porn sites at once and returns results that lead elsewhere, so nothing plays on its own domain.

The interesting layer is discovery rather than search itself. There are popular-search listings, a pornstar index and category rankings, which turn it into a browsing tool as much as a query tool: you can see what other people are looking for rather than needing a term of your own.

Worth knowing before you treat it as a second opinion: its category counts match iXXX exactly, and both expose the same support and legal pages. The reasonable reading is that they draw on one shared index. That doesn't make either useless, but searching both won't widen your coverage the way searching two genuinely independent engines would.

Unusually, there's a parents section alongside the help and FAQ pages — content-blocking guidance rather than anything promotional, which almost no site in this category provides.
