JAV is catalogued by product code — BBAN-600, IPZZ-931, START-587 — and JAVGG organises exactly that way, which is the correct and only sane structure for Japanese video: the code is the title, the studio and the release in one string.

It streams new JAV daily with English and Chinese subtitle options, sorted by actress, genre and code. Two sections are the notable ones: “uncensored leak” and “reduce mosaic”, which point at versions of normally-censored titles with the legally-mandated mosaic removed or algorithmically thinned.

Those de-censoring sections are the distinguishing and the fraught part. Japanese releases are mosaic-censored by law; a site offering uncensored “leaks” and mosaic-reduction of censored titles is circulating altered versions of studio releases, a different act from streaming the release as published.
